2025 Online vendor form

 Plans are now being made to assign all inside booths and outside areas for the 2025 Monona County Fair to be held; Tuesday, July 8th thru Sunday, July 13th. We request all exhibitors set up their displays during one of the following times: Sunday, July 6th: 6:00-8:00 PM; Monday, July 7th: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Tuesday, July 8th: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM 

ALL Vendors will need to be set up by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, July 8th.

• All exhibit buildings will be opened at 10 a.m. and locked at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and from Noon until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. 
• All booths need to be staffed during these hours. 
• Booths may be dismantled after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday or the following Monday morning between 9:00 a.m. and Noon. 
• A contracted commercial exhibitor cannot sub-lease exhibit space to another party. 
• Vehicles may not enter during Fair unless expressed permission is received from the Fair Office. 
• All exhibitors are to shut off all electrical items they might have in their booth when the booth is not occupied, and when the building is closed to the public. This means fans, special lighting, and other enhancements. 
• The Monona County Fair Association will not be held liable or responsible for missing items or merchandise. 
• The office will be open by 8:00 a.m. each day if you have questions or concerns during the fair. 
• Payment and Terms/Info due by June 1st to guarantee spot
